Before committing to an online health coaching program, you’ll complete a 30-minute, no obligation discovery call. During the call, you and your personal health coach will freely discuss your goals, your current lifestyle, and any questions you have about our programs. This casual conversation will help you and your coach understand whether you have the potential to form a successful relationship.

Ideal for a woman in overall good health who maintains a healthy diet, the 30-Day Reset gives you extra accountability and a push forward. Come back to this program any time you need extra support or motivation, even if you’ve completed another program with Latitude Health Coaching.
